Time will Tell

MY VISA HAS ARRIVED!

After my general "freak out"... admittedly I am exceptionally over dramatic and over complicate practically everything in my life (starting to accept that its just part of who I am though... ) my visa has been approved and sent to me and is ready to be used.

I'd intended to leave in June, that has been pushed to August (have to save more money...) and now may be pushed to October. I've found a cheap ticket for October and will mean I'll get to stay for my lil Sisters 21st as well as potentially go on a mini-holiday with my pseudo-partner

I'm a bit disappointed in myself that I'm not there yet, that I didn't leave earlier, but at the same time realise that maybe it just wasnt the right time... I am going to make October the right time. Nigel (said pseudo-partner) recently had a bit of trouble with his eye and I'm glad that I was here when it happened, not that I could help much, but sometimes its just in the "being around"...

Well, that's it for me today. Just trying to get everything sorted out really. looking at jobs in the UK and imagining myself there for Christmas... my first white (and to me, real) Christmas. I'm looking forward to the generic Christmas carolls actually making sense - roasting chestnuts by the fire, frosty the snow man etc etc So here's to enjoying the time I have left in Australia.
